The recipe for our Christmas Puddings has been in my family for generations. Passed down from my Jamaican Aunt Marva and attentively adapted over 10 years to still give the boozy, fruity depth and satisfying moist flavour of a traditional pudding, but without the usual stodge and heaviness.
Our Christmas Puddings are fantastically light in texture because we don't use suet, but we've taken extra special care not to lose any of the flavour. This attention to detail has been recognised by receiving numerous taste awards including 'Number 1 pud' by the Daily Telegraph, and a personal recommendation from celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson!
Our Christmas Puddings are handmade - produced using the highest quality ingredients, spices and of course a dash of alcohol. Our Christmas Puddings are proud to be licensed by Courvoisier VS Cognac; a rich distinctive and established brandy refined in taste and quality.
Having no Suet means our puddings are suitable for Vegetarians, as well as being Wheat, Gluten & Nut free with full Cross Grain approval from the Coeliac Society!
Feeding Your Imagination Puddings serve 6-8 guests and are really easy to cook just simply steam (preferably!) or microwave and enjoy!
